“Zero G” Project with Fuji
Fernando Ramirez, Fuji X Photographer from Chile, started using Fuji for health reasons. As a wedding photographer, sometimes he had to carry his equipment for more than 10 hours in a row. Having the need to cut the weight of his previous Canon DSLR system, he switched to Fujifilm’s X system. Despite the immense advantages of mirrorless systems we all know, the truth is that it is a compromise between pros and cons. And the focusing speed is still one aspect in which DSLRs have the advantage.
So, to prepare for his first 100% Fuji wedding, Fernando needed a low light environment with a lot of movement to test the AF of his Fuji setup. Dance!
Fernando started to shoot dance lessons and rehearsals just to get that AF right. And since then he never stopped. He is primarily a wedding photographer, but this personal project started to grow with such a passion that we had to share!
