Wedding reportage with X-Pro2 and X-T3
Hi, my name is Tomasz, I live in the south of Poland and I have been interested in photography for 5 years.
I am a professional wedding photographer but I also strongly like doing street reportage, which techniques I later put into wedding photography as well. I love the multiplane and minimalistic frames.
I worked at the beginning with the Nikon D750, but after some time at a one wedding reportage I took a try with the Fuji X-Pro2 and fell in love with it. For me, as a reporter, it’s perfect. I began to think more while framing with it.
At the moment, I’m working on weddings with 2 x X-Pro2 sets, the 35mm f/1.4 and the 23mm f/2.0 lenses. And, honestly, nothing more I need 🙂 I love this set. I’ve recently tried the Sony A7III but that’s not for me. With some curiosity I am waiting for the X-Pro3, but I will not sell my X-Pro2’s! Whether for weddings, home or street projects, or on holidays, I will take them anywhere 🙂
It has become an inseparable part of my life. The price range, weight and appearance of these cameras, allow me to easily blend in with the wedding guests crowd, treating me like a guest and not like someone strange, and that is cool because I can then shoot more.
