It’s all about vintage
Although I’m quite young, I fell in love with the “vintage look”. I started using Fujifilm one year ago because of the film simulations. It has been a year full of shootings and learning new stuff. Since I’ve got my Fujifilm camera, I learned how to edit my Raw files in a better way, and to achieve the “vintage” or “old-school” look.
During my shooting sessions, which you can btw see on my Instagram account @lukas._.shotz, I usually aim for people with are dressed in vintage clothes or older people with a beautiful style. And occasionally, I do some “vintage shootings” with friends. If you’re from Vienna, hit me up, and maybe, when I have enough time, I’ll do the next shooting with you.
Here is a quick overview of how I edit my photos in post:
• Lower saturation;
• Lower contrast;
• A little bit overexposed;
• Adding some warmth and a slight colour grading, it makes my shot complete.
I love colours in general, and it’s fun to play around with my shots trying new ways to achieve a certain look.
I hope you like my photography style, and I am very blessed that you read my words.
